Okay, here it is.

Materials:
Sock yarn/Fingering weight (I used Patons FX)
US size 2 DPN's

Special Stitches:
3 Needle Bind Off ( Utube has great videos)

The body of the pattern is worked over multiples of 8 and the handle is worked over a multiple of 4.

Cast on 56 stitches and divide on to 3 or 4 dpn's and join to work in the round.

Rows 1-4: *K4, P4* repeat from * to * around

Row 5: K4, M1, K18, M1, K12, M1, K18, M1, K4 (60 stitches)

Row 20: Purl around

Start Handle:
K4, P4, K4, cast off 20, P4, K4, P4, cast off 20
Leave the 12 live stitches on the other side of the cozy on a dpn or stitch holder.

Working with the 12 live stitches closest to you ( should have the working yarn there),

Rows 1&3: K4, P4, K4

Rows 2&4: P4, K4, P4

Rows 5&7: P4, K4, P4

Rows 5&8: K4, P4, K4

Repeat rows 1-8 until handle measures approx 9 in (22.9 cm)

Using a 3 needle bind off, bind off the 12 working stitches with the 12 live stitches resting on the dpn or stitch holder. (Make sure you do the bind off on the wrong side of the handle so that it doesn't show)
